You may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving them. Proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges - either information that can be verified against our records or your electronic order confirmation. Returns can be given as store credit, an exchange for an alternative item of equal value, or a refund to your original form of payment.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it carefully and contact you to let you know the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days (depending on financial institution processing times).

If you request us to collect the return, we will refund the product price minus the shipping cost:

• Items under 10kg: 1,500 yen
• Products between 10kg and 25kg: 3,000 yen
• Items over 25kg: 4,500 yen

Please note that if we incur any customs duties/charges, we reserve the right to deduct these charges from the refund amount.

Elevated Garden Beds and Planter Boxes are covered by a limited warranty of 3 years + 21 days. This warranty period is 3 years (1095 days) plus 21 days for shipping. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase of the product on this website. You acknowledge that the product is made of wood and will deteriorate over time. For more information, please see our Shipping, Returns and Warranty page.

After this time frame, we cannot guarantee that we can change your shipping address due to our high order volume and fast shipping process. Our steel legs are powder coated to provide durability and a high-quality finish. This makes them even more resistant to chips, scratches, fading and wear. This finishing method is more environmentally friendly, contains no solvents and releases virtually no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) into the atmosphere, meaning no primers are needed, which can contain toxic carcinogens. Powder coating is quicker and uses less energy by recycling heated air, reducing the impact on the environment.

All our planters are made from FSC certified Western Red Cedar. Cedar is non-toxic, has beautiful natural color and grain, and a wonderful scent. It is tolerant of wet climates, can withstand a variety of conditions, resists rot, and will not shrink, expand, warp or deteriorate with changing weather conditions. Cedar ensures that our planters will last all year round in any climate. Cedar is also a natural insect repellent, helping to keep pests away from your garden.

You can plant anything from vegetables to herbs to flowers. The standard 12 inch planting depth allows plenty of space for the roots of a variety of plants. Our planter boxes and raised garden beds have built-in drainage and excellent ventilation! Therefore, adding river rocks or other stones for drainage is not necessary and is not recommended as it adds unnecessary weight. If you want to reduce the amount of soil, simply add compostable materials such as fallen leaves, twigs or cardboard to the bottom of your planter or raised garden bed. You can even reuse the cardboard packaging of your Cedar Planty order!

Yes, if you're ordering from outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes when your goods arrive. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and must be paid by you as the recipient.
